TechGrowth SaaS is a B2B software company offering project management and collaboration tools for mid-sized enterprises. When we began working with them, they were heavily reliant on outbound sales and generating roughly 80-100 leads per month through cold email and LinkedIn outreach. The lead quality was inconsistent, customer acquisition cost was climbing, and the sales team spent over 60% of their time on unqualified prospects.
Our mission was to design and implement a complete inbound and hybrid lead generation system that would deliver predictable, high-quality leads at scale. We built a multi-channel engine combining content marketing, paid advertising, landing page optimization, and marketing automation that filled the pipeline with sales-ready prospects every single month.
Within 90 days, we scaled monthly leads from 80 to 500+, reduced CAC by 60%, and delivered a 3x return on ad spend. More importantly, lead quality improved dramatically, with 35% of leads converting to qualified opportunities that the sales team could close efficiently.
The Challenge
TechGrowth faced several interconnected challenges. Their website had decent traffic but converted at under 1%. Landing pages were generic and failed to communicate value propositions clearly. There was no lead scoring system, so sales spent hours manually triaging inbound inquiries of wildly varying quality. Their content efforts were sporadic, publishing only 1-2 blog posts per month with no distribution strategy.

Strategy & Execution
We implemented a comprehensive lead generation system built on four core components. First, we overhauled the website's conversion architecture. This included redesigning 8 key landing pages with clear value propositions, social proof elements, and optimized forms. We added live chat and an AI-powered chatbot that qualified leads in real-time before routing them to sales. A/B testing became a continuous practice, and we improved conversion rates by 4x through iterative optimization.
Second, we built a content engine that published high-value assets: comprehensive guides, industry reports, case studies, and comparison articles targeting bottom-of-funnel queries. Each piece of content was gated behind progressive profiling forms that captured lead intelligence over time. We distributed this content through email newsletters, LinkedIn organic posts, and paid social amplification.
Third, we restructured the paid media strategy. On Google Ads, we moved from broad match to exact match and phrase match keywords, implemented audience layering, and built dedicated campaigns for each buyer persona. Finally, we implemented HubSpot as the marketing automation backbone.
